Assignment context and description of activities
Technical Project Manager - Information Security & IAM
• Lead and manage IAM projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards.
• Review and assess technical controls related to IAM, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with 2nd line of defense, capability owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of IAM controls.
• Provide clear and comprehensive evidence of technical IAM controls for audits and compliance reviews.
• Act as a bridge between technical engineers and 2nd and 3rd line teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM projects, ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and information security, applying this knowledge to improve processes and controls.

Relevant knowledge, skills, competences & desired education level
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on Information Security and IAM.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience in reviewing and evidencing technical controls for audits and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
