The CISO Identity & Access (I&A) department is the front door of the digital bank. We take care of the digital access and identities of customers and employees.
I&A Workforce Enablement & Control delivers IAM solutions related to the capabilities Identity Management, Authentication, Authorization and Privileged Access Management for our Workforce (employees and IT assets).
Within the Workforce team we are looking for a Product Owner who can translates our I&A strategy into concrete results and guide a team in order to maximize value.

- Implemented products/service and embed these in the organization
- “in line with SLA” solved problems/incidents and handled end user questions

Requirements
Relevant knowledge, skills, competences & desired education level
- General Identity & Access management knowledge – must!
- An experienced Product Owner (with Professional Scrum PO | PSPO certificate) with 5-8 years experience in Product Ownership or Project Management in the Financial Services Sector - must
- Good Dutch and English language skills, based in NL
- Pre: relevant security certifications CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, SABSA
- Experience with working in an enterprise environment
- Experience with governance, policies and compliance
- Can work closely with architect, subject matter experts and solution designers
