In the contact centre cluster,  that is part of the Customer Services cluster, I am looking for a DevOps coach to support 7 DevOps teams in their DevOps way of working.

Your job / description activities

As a DevOps coach you drive continous growth of Agile and DevOps in our way of working to stimulate teams to become the most engaged cross functional teams who continously learn and improve their efficiency and quality of work

You enable flow in the delivery by advising on DevOps competences and implementing agile practices at scale:

Guide teams to understand delivery flow and take end to end responsbility by adapting DevOps competences so that teams can prove they are in control. Advice on DevOps best practices and intiatives

You bring focus and dedication in our grid to improve IT performance by sharing valuable insights and initiating hands-on interventions

Support grid performance dialogues and team performance dialogue on IT delivery with DORA metrics and IT Tower dashboards by identifying performance trends and opportunities, understanding IT strategy and translating these into hands-on interventions to support the teams.

Help teams to understand their performance and execute improvements working towards high performing teams

Advice leadership on priority of the required improvements

You foster our Engineering culture and high performing teams by cultivating DevOps key values

Serve as a key ambassador, provide and promote common understanding of our engineering culture (We learn/ We collaborate/ We innovate / We re-use/ We continously deliver/ We monitor and Act)

Identify interventions to cultivate our engineering culture and improve cohesion within the cluster
 

Requirements

Experience working in large enterprise companies
Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional DevOps teams
HBO/WO-level education or equivalent
Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
