Job description

Platform Engineer – CNCP (Cloud Native Computing Platform)

 What you will pick up:

Build and design fundamental infrastructure on which other engineering teams and customers can develop further. Our team is responsible for automating the provisioning and installation of KPN's hybrid cloud platform.
Create Infrastructure-as-Code deployments and large-scale cluster configurations to manage our network, storage, and compute resources.
Integrate and maintain open-source components within our ever-expanding tech stack.
Collaborate with fellow engineers to create customized solutions that meet our unique challenges.
Build and improve tools that improve team efficiency - this includes CI/CD, build toolchains, and essential infrastructure.
Help define the common roadmap for platform component development, aligned with the team's priorities and vision.
Take responsibility in defining and achieving our technical benchmarks.
