Temporary addition of specialists in IAM to improve automation of processes and role out the sub capabilities across the organization, including lots of stakeholder interaction.
As an IAM Role Manager, you are responsible for the functional design and implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) to applications for our end users within our access management solution (Sailpoint). This includes communication with our application owners and people managers, performing reviews and implementing role configurations.
- Design and maintain our IGA business processes.
- Communication with our global stakeholders (application owners and line managers) about planned changes and implementations in our RBAC solution.
- Setting up training and providing presentations on our implementation of role-based access control.
- Maintain roadmap for implementation of RBAC solution
- Assisting application owners in setting up and maintaining the authorization matrices for the applications they own.
- Advising application owners and developers on how to optimally structure access within their application based on application specifications.
- Scheduling and processing regular authorization matrix reviews.
- Assisting functional department managers on setting up business roles for their employees.
- Scheduling and processing regular business role reviews.
- Role maintenance within our access management solution (Sailpoint).
- Organizing all role related activities related to onboarding applications in Role Based Access Control (RBAC) within Sailpoint.
- Defining requirements and performing functional tests on Sailpoint
- Signaling issues and providing solicited and unsolicited advice for improving the implemented RBAC solution to IAM colleagues and management and our technical counterparts (Platform Security).
- Supporting Clearing colleagues on their access management issues.
